About
早稲田大学理工学部卒業後、DEC、マイクロソフト、Googleにてグローバルプロダクトの開発およびエンジニアリング組織のマネジメントに従事。2012年にはNHK『プロフェッショナル 仕事の流儀』に取り上げられる。著書に『ソフトウェア・ファースト』（日経BP）、共著に『プロダクトマネジメントのすべて』（翔泳社）など。 2019年にTably株式会社を設立。ソフトウェアファーストの思想を軸に、企業のプロダクト支援や組織・人材育成に携わっている。支援活動の傍ら、自らもプロダクトの開発・運営に携わり、作り手としての視点を持ちながら、より良いプロダクトづくりのあり方を日々模索している。
A Waseda University graduate who built global products and led engineering teams at DEC, Microsoft, and Google. His work earned national recognition, including a feature on NHK's acclaimed documentary series "The Professionals." Author of "Software First" (Nikkei BP) and co-author of "The Complete Guide to Product Management" (Shoeisha). In 2019 he founded Tably Inc., where he now advises organizations on digital transformation, product management, and engineering culture.
